Tver State Medical University

Tver State Medical University (TSMU), established in 1936, is a public medical university in Tver, Russia. It is one of Russia’s top 10 medical universities and is recognized by major international bodies, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India, making its medical degrees valid globally.

Academics and Faculties

Tuition Fees: The annual tuition fee for the MBBS program is approximately $4,000 to $4,500 USD (around 4,30,000 Russian Rubles).

Hostel Fees: The university provides on-campus hostel facilities for students. The annual hostel fee ranges from $500 to $800 USD (around 15,000 Russian Rubles), with options for government-run or private accommodations. The rooms are typically shared by 2-3 students and are fully furnished.

Other Costs: There are additional one-time charges in the first year for administrative fees, medical insurance, and visa registration. The overall cost of living in Tver is relatively low.
