Ibn Sina Medical College (ISMC) is a private medical college in Dhaka, Bangladesh, established in 2005. It’s a well-known institution for medical education, offering an MBBS program to both domestic and international students.

Academic Programs & Affiliation

ISMC offers a five-year MBBS program, followed by a one-year internship. The college is affiliated with the University of Dhaka and is recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the National Medical Commission (NMC). Admission and Eligibility

To be eligible for admission to the MBBS program at ISMC, candidates must have passed their SSC (10th grade) and HSC (12th grade) examinations. ISMC is located in the Kallyanpur area of Mirpur Model Thana in Dhaka. The college has two 14-story buildings: one for academic purposes and a second one serving as the teaching hospital. The affiliated Ibn Sina Medical College Hospital has a capacity of 350 beds, providing students with crucial hands-on clinical training. The college also provides separate, well-furnished hostel facilities for male and female students.
